The Commack School District welcomes community members to use our facilities when available. There are many venues for community and athletic events, with the proper permit on file. Please be advised that there are requirements in place that must be followed to use or reserve any Commack School facility to avoid scheduling conflicts, liability issues, and to ensure participant safety.
1) Please fill out a permit application. An application form is available from any active school building, the Hubbs Administration Center, or the Facilities Office on Burr Road.
2) Once your permit is approved, please carry a copy of the permit when using our facilities. Our security personnel will be checking your permit status.
