Dear Parents and Students,
Let me take this opportunity to welcome you to Second Grade! I am looking forward to an exciting and productive year working with you. I know this will be a very different start to our school year than we are used to, but I am going to work very hard to make sure it’s as positive as possible. I would like to emphasize the importance of parental involvement in a student’s education. Your child receives the best education possible when you and I work together as a team and keep the lines of communication open.
I will be keeping in close touch with you all year long. I welcome your calls and messages. If at any time you have something you would like to discuss with me, please email me, call the office at 858-3590, or write me a note. I look forward to seeing you at our virtual “Open House Night.” I will be discussing our curriculum, policies and procedures in more detail. I also look forward to meeting the children on their first day of second grade! Enjoy the rest of your summer and I will see you all soon.
