Regents Physics:   Welcome to Regents Physics, an introductory course in high school physics designed to prepare students for the New York State Regents Physics Examination. Key topics in the course include mechanics, electricity and magnetism, circuits, waves, and selected modern physics concepts.

Grading Policy

  • Tests & Quizzes - 70%
  • Lab Activities - 20%
  • Homework & Classwork - 10%
  • Final Exam Grade = 50% Regents Exam + 50% Local Assessment

Extra Help will be held from 7:00 to 7:30 am on Monday - Thursday in Lab 8B.  
 
Mr. King can be found in Lab 6B during periods 2 (even) and 3, and Lab 8B during periods 4 (odd), 5, and 7 through 9. During periods 1, 2 (odd), 4 (even), and 6 he can be found where you least expect him.
