CSI Sawmill: Fourth Graders Investigate Whodunnit
Sawmill fourth graders attempted to solve a whodunnit on Wednesday.
For the past 15 years, the intermediate school has hosted its CSI Day.
So on Wednesday, teachers and other staff portrayed suspects in the fictitious theft of jewels from the safe of "Captain Captain," played by teacher Robert Ciani.
The students then sharpened their analytic skills by interviewing suspects, studying crime scenes, and analyzing fingerprints, footprints and handwriting samples, in an attempt to solve the mystery.
