Curriculum Guides

These curriculum guides provide parents and guardians with an overview of the curriculum for each grade level. They provide a snapshot of the concepts and skills children are taught in English Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science, Technology, Library, Art, Music, Physical Education, Health, and Character Education. Commack's curriculum follows the guidelines set forth by the New York State Education Department. Our elementary programs recognize that children develop at different rates socially, emotionally, and academically. Knowing what children will be learning helps strengthen the partnership between our schools and the families of our children.
