Two days before they head to the National High School Cheerleading Championships, the CHS game day and traditional cheerleading teams participated in a spirited sendoff at CMS on Monday afternoon.

The varsity squads were joined by the JV and CMS cheer teams in performing for family members and friends.

The CHS varsity teams will compete at ESPN's Wide World of Sports in Orlando from Friday through Sunday.

This year marks the first time that the game day cheerleaders will enter nationals as a co-ed squad.
