Wood Park deputized its newest corps of Little Leaders during a ceremony on Thursday afternoon.

The second graders each will serve on one of four committees they personally selected: announcements, events, Wood Park news or teacher helpers.

Each new Little Leader received a T-shirt and certificate from principal Michelle Collison to commemorate their selection.
