Burr Champions Picked for Flick
Stephanie Geoghegan's third graders kicked up their heels at Burr on Friday and took in a movie.
The class was rewarded with a movie screening during the school day in their pajamas after being selected as the third grade class at the intermediate school that most exhibited Commack's champion character traits.
A fourth- and fifth-grade class were rewarded earlier in the week.
Geoghegan's students selected Matilda for their movie.
