Welcome back to another exciting and music filled year! My name is Mrs. Nena Thompson and I am one of the general music and chorus teachers at MSIS. In general music classes, we focus on singing, playing instruments, music literacy, movement and listening. I believe in providing a structured learning environment where all children can find their "musical potential". We have a lot of fun while also learning...what can be better than that?

Chorus is open to all students in grades 4 & 5. We meet once a week before school and present two concerts a year. Please join us in hearing our winter concerts on December 10th and 12th at 7pm and our Spring Concerts on May 13th and May 22nd!
